Liederbach posed the question facing many municipalities across the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region: how do you deliver affordable housing without compromising on quality or energy performance?
The answer was 33 volumetric units, largely finished in our factory down to the interiors. On site they only had to be set in place and joined with the plug-and-screw connection. What normally means months of structural work was done in a matter of weeks.
The result is 30 apartments with clear, practical layouts. Photovoltaics and a heat pump cover the building's energy needs, while triple glazing and continuous insulation keep consumption low in operation.
The location offers both: a quiet position at the edge of the village and short distances into the region. Public transport and everyday amenities are within walking distance — for working residents and older ones alike.
