A residential building with 102 single apartments is planned for Benzstraße 10 in Kelkheim — compact layouts for people who want a central address without paying for more space than they need.
The ground floor works as the shared level: reception and communal areas sit here, and from there a central stairwell and two lifts serve the residential floors. An underground garage and a planted inner courtyard complete the building.
It will be built with the patented system, where prefabrication governs not only the sequence on site but the precision of the details and the clarity of the facade.
The location combines quiet with short distances: Frankfurt and Wiesbaden are quickly reached, and the Taunus begins on the doorstep.
