One connection principle. Four systems. Unlimited applications.

The internationally patented plug-in and screw system combines precision and efficiency with responsibility for the environment and society — buildings go up faster, more precisely and with a smaller ecological footprint.

01Principle

Plug and screw instead of welding

The basis of the system is a patented plug-in and screw connection: modules are joined without welding — manufactured to millimetre precision, assembled quickly and safely. The plug principle also simplifies electrical installation considerably, without complex work steps.

Because the connection remains detachable, conversion and dismantling are possible at any time: modules can be taken apart, recombined or reused elsewhere. The system adapts to the plan — not the other way round.

02Systems & materials

Four system types, four material combinations

Modular systems 04

011D SystemLinear elements for column and beam structures
022D System / APanel elements for wall and ceiling assemblies
032D System / BPanel elements with extended build-up
043D SystemVolumetric units — fully prefabricated modules

Every project is tailored to its architectural, environmental and budget requirements through the right pairing of system type and material — from single-family homes and residential quarters to security and supply infrastructure.

03Production

Precision from controlled manufacturing

Modules are built in the factory under controlled conditions — independent of the weather, in parallel processes and to millimetre tolerances. The high level of prefabrication shortens construction times significantly and makes projects predictable in cost and schedule. Production runs on 100% green electricity.

04ESG

Measured, not claimed

“We want to build circular.”

Every modular project meets the highest ESG standards by design — from material choice through production to dismantling and reuse.

05EU Policy

Tailwind from Brussels

In December 2025, the European Commission published its strategy for housing construction. It names modular and offsite construction explicitly as one of the most effective levers against Europe's housing shortage. The Commission is also planning a European single market for prefabricated components, building kits and modular units, along with mandatory Digital Product Passports for construction products from 2028 — standards the patented system is already built for.
